#UNEP OzoneAction, with the participation of the President of the Institute of Reforms as UNEP International Consultant, provided a great opportunity to share the knowledge, the experience of work, and best practices on controlled substances phase out, #energyefficiency and #green-financing within a broad audience and build a network with #PolicyMakers and #Montrealprotocol officers to the work-related on Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards #MEPS for Refrigeration and Air Conditioning #RAC sector.
Ms.Tkach made a presentation for the ECA Network officials on the 2024 needs and priorities in the region causing interest of the participants and live debates. The meetings were attended by some 88 participants of the Twinning workshop and 58 participants of the Network meeting including National Ozone Officers/Montreal Protocol Officers from both regions to share experiences and good practices as well as the latest technical and policy developments under the Montreal Protocol, particularly following the entry into force of the Kigali Amendment.
